Peter Kuzmiuk B.E (Civil)
Managing Director
Peter Kuzmiuk consults on all works within the organisation and is regarded within the remedial building and strata management industry to be a reference point when working on waterproofing and coating systems.
Peter has a long and involved background with extensive experience and knowledge within
concrete form and behaviour in construction elements and all areas of remedial building works, membrane coating systems and roof membrane systems.
Monte La-Vin
General Manager
Monte La-Vin comes from a building and carpentry background, working on new homes and renovations. He has been part of the NBM team for over 11 years and has over 20 years of construction experience. Monte has extensive knowledge when it comes to all facets of remedial construction works.
Peter Wensemius
Constuction Manager/Supervisor
Peter Wensemius has worked within the remediation construction sector for over 35 years. He has invaluable experience in remedial restoration and all aspects of waterproofing systems including torch-on sheet membranes, liquid membranes and applications of facade coatings. Peter is an industry guru at solving water leaks/water ingress issues where previous attempts by others have failed.
